A week ago someone recommended to me the book "Shades of Grey" by Jasper Fforde. Generally it sounded up my alley, because it was (1) set in a dystopian society, (2) was humorous (though also occasionally grim), and (3) included color theory/art history in its plot. I found it to be an entertaining and enjoyable read. Not the best thing ever, but it was pretty solid. 4/5
