Anti Matter (2016)

Anti Matter (2016) is an UK sci-fi film about a lady that discovers how to build a wormhole, but has can't remember things afterward. It stars Yaiza Figueroa, Philippa Carson, and Tom Barber-Duffy. The movie magic computer jargon at the beginning is cringe-worthy, but some of the whiteboard writings are entertaining ("squashed by Liv - Cthulu has him now"). The acting is strange and wooden at times, which is part of the story but gets annoying after a while.

If this sounds interesting at all you can watch it on Prime video here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/detail/B074PG4RC9 . It drags - almost too much in my opinion - but it has some interesting parts to it. There's an animal testing protest subplot that is an undercurrent to the film, but it plays out poorly so if you care about things like that this may turn you off to this film quick. But there probably could've been some more editing down from 1h45 that would've made it a movie I'd consider seeing again. 5/10
