When looking at a listing of Horror flicks on Amazon Prime, this film came up. Starring Olivia DeJonge, Levi Miller, and Ed Oxenbould, this takes the slasher and intruder-while-babysitting tropes and twists them around. It's got a lot of creepiness elements that are unsettling, and even with the slight breaks of humor it's an unpredictable film. At 90 minutes the plot has a good pace, and the story moves well even when some of the acting falters (primarily with the minor characters). Turns out to be a creepier Home Alone style Christmas film - don't think it's one of the "watch every year as a tradition" types though. 7/10
