Hotel Artemis (2018)

Hotel Artemis (2018) is about a safehouse/hospital for criminals, and it had a rather significant cast - I was impressed that it included Jodie Foster, Jeff Goldblum, and Dave Bautista, among others. However, in spite of the cast and the premise, it was a film that didn't feel like it reached its potential. The story floundered, injecting story to keep things going, but not feeling like any of the characters had a destination. This film probably played out best for Sterling K. Brown (main character) but even that was ultimately meh. 5/10
