Season 3 was the last for Millennium, and I don't think that was a terrible thing. It had a pretty decent run, and in spite of the struggling story lines at the beginning of every season beyond the first, I think it overall did pretty well for itself. A majority of stories kept the horror vibe, and although the "secret organization conspiracy" drum was beat too enthusiastically sometimes, it was still a series that kept your attention and didn't overstay its welcome (though that's half the shows that aired on fox). It's not streaming anywhere, but if you stumble upon an episode or two give it a watch if you're a horror fan.
There was an episode of the X-Files that was a kind of closure to the series after the fact. That is streaming and it's a little meh and dated, but it was something I suppose. 7/10
