Patterns (1956)

Patterns (1956) is a story written by Rod Serling of Twilight Zone fame. It stars Van Heflin as a new executive, learning the business hostility through character actors Everett Sloane (The Lady of Shanghai, 9/10) and Ed Begley (12 Angry Men, 10/10)..it's a character study of the grit and darkness of capitalism, and in spite of its age (and poor DVD quality) it's a very strong film for 83m. 9/10
