Prometheus (2012)

Finally got to see Prometheus (2012), which is an interesting return to Ridley Scott's Alien franchise (1979; 9/10). ...if you consider that a spoiler, sorry but it's been murmured for 5 years and I think Alien: Covenant is being advertised as a follow-up, so....

Anyways. I thought it was an interesting movie that built off of its franchise's past. It has a lot of clunky parts but holds up well. I can see why some people didn't care for it; I think it's alright even though it tried way too hard. 7/10. 7/10
