Robin Hood (1973)

"Robin Hood and Little John walkin' through the forest
Laughin' back and forth at what the other'ne has to say
Reminiscin', This-'n'-thattin' havin' such a good time
Oo-de-lally, oo-de-lally, golly, what a day"

Robin Hood (1973), a film at least partially responsible for the existence for furries (according to Wikipedia), is probably one of the most underrated Disney films out there. If you haven't seen it I highly recommend it - the animation, music and story always stood out to me, and the characters were always charming. Personally I thought it was one of the strongest films that never came up in Disney retrospectives.

The songs of Alan-a-Dale (Roger Miller) accentuate the story, and the talents of Friar Tuck (Andy Devine), Robin Hood ( Brian Bedford), Little John (Phil Harris) and Prince John (Peter Ustinov) lead the story along from beginning to end. The close of the film was kinda out of nowhere (...to its detriment it seems to pack up and go home at the end of the film) but I still think it was their best animated film of the 70s and 80s (though The Rescuers (1977) also is a really, really close second in my book). 8/10
