Tau (2018)

Tau (2018) is about a woman (Julia) getting kidnapped and forming a relationship with her captor's home AI (Tau). Tau, who can best be described as Sauron's less cool, declawed triangular brother (or Alexa's even more socially awkward friend?), decides to start listening to Julia talk about trees and cavemen. Later she admits to Tau that she doesn't know anything about these things, but he listens anyway. And they become BFFs.

Eh. It doesn't really build any characters here, the acting won't win any awards, and the story is flat and predictable. It's something to play on the TV though. On mute, when you aren't actually watching TV. 4/10
