Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) is a movie franchise of its time, and the first one really built up the brand further. Although a pretty basic plot, it holds up fairly well: the 90s style of the film ages well; the characters translated well to the actors; and the light-hearted humor remains enjoyable over 25 years later.
It's by no means perfect, but there's a lot to be said about a movie you can still quote after a decade. 7/10
