The Good Dinosaur (2015)

Watched the Not-Good Enough Dinosaur this evening - one of the most disappointing Disney/Pixar films I've ever seen. The main character (Arlo) was frustrating to watch for the first half of the film; the plot bumped along the entire way and concluded with not very good closure - it just kinda ended. The story was scattered, shifting between being too dark for kids and too plot-light for adults. It was written by 5 different people and it showed terribly.
The backgrounds and visuals (ignoring the characters) were great visually, and the best part of the film. I think at the end of the day if I watched the film on mute it would've been probably a 6/10 - but because of the story and dialogue, 4/10. Avoid. 4/10
